When you submit the contact form, we collect: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project type, and any message you provide. When you visit the site, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, browser type) via Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use information
Contact form submissions are used to reach you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Aggregate analytics data is used to improve site performance and content.
How we store information
Submissions are stored in our internal CRM and on Cloudflare's secure platform. Phone calls and emails follow our internal retention policy of two years for active leads, then archive.
